There are not many people who have had the opportunity to help a company go from $100million in value to +$100billion. I paid close attention every day, learned with the best and had great successes (and even setbacks) to grow from every year. 

Commercial Strategy, Sales Leadership, Strategic Account Management, Commercial Operations, Go to Market Strategy and Developing Performance Mindsets are key areas where I excel at contributing to an organizations most imapctful initiatives. 

My contributions have led me to be honored as one of the Top 25 Minds in Hosptitality Sales, Marketing and Revenue Management.  Most recently I completed 17 years building global commercial strategies and teams at Booking.com.

Additionally I have served for over 15 years in various volunteer leadership positions at organizations such as the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association (HSMAI), as both the President of the largest chapter (NY) and as an America's Board member. 

I have now turned my attention toward making an impact more broadly in the travel and hospitality industries as an advisor, investor and board member. 

Outsid of the travel industry I am building Alively, a social driven ecommerce marketplace focused on making it easier for everyone to live healthier longer.
